How to add new localizable RC key

Add it to rc.json in this repo
This automatically pushes it to OneSky, ask translators for translations
Once translations are done, run this workflow
Test translations in DEV app
If it's OK, run this workflow
Then run workflows for iOS or Android. Artifact will contains defaults, push them to code.
