Are there plans to create a multi-tenant app of this?

No sorry, as of now there's no plan to create a multi-tenant open source app.

If things go as planned, we'll be working on a subscription-based service so users who don't want the hassle of managing a server can easily create an account on craterapp.com and use crater that there.
