Update the generated XML data for the changes made in version 0.9 of the data format. Specifically we add a
supersubssection to theinfosection, if required, and we also replace the existingsupersubssection within individualdeliverieswith areplacementssection.The
schema.xsdfile is also updated to reflect these changes, as well as to include the "recent"penalty_runsaddition previously made to the data.
