  • On posted job, generate a hash of the email (to make them anonymous) saved to the db.
  • Allow search filter of job by email hash.

We'll get Google Analytics on top of that, for page visits and such. We can link those email hash stats to analytics stats. Like how many people actually request something, per page visit.
