I noticed my kodi library was updating when adding music to plex even though I'm not syncing my music library to kodi. I also saw
Could not retrieve Plex db info for %messages show up in the logs sincecache_artworkwas being called for the tracks.The timeline and activity messages both include a library section id so we can use that to ignore messages for libraries that are not synced to kodi.
