More py2 removal #1286

Remove all instances of from __future__ import...
Remove u from all instances of u"double quote string" and u'single quote string'
Remove trollius fallback (and py2 specific tests/examples)
Updates setup.py of any py2 specifics

done by following command: find . -name '*.py' -type f -exec sed -i 's/u"/"/g' {} \;
