Use more specific expectations in specs #11951

Like #11937, but for starts_with?, ends_with?, same?, =~, and the comparison operators.

Specs that test the return values of #=~ (e.g. the ones in spec/std/regex_spec.cr) are untouched, because the match expectation only cares about truthiness.
