Docs
This PR includes the additions to user guide as reviewed in 21/03/19's CS2101 class. There are some minor formatting changes to the developer guide as well.
Reposense
Added author names for @yichong96 and myself to
_reposense/config.jsonso that reposense is able to detect our contributions.
