When multiple date groups are selected in the Results Wizard, and the Delete button is pressed, warnings are generated such as:
WARNING: Couldn't send /Users/csatt/Library/Application Support/IV_Swinger2/191125_16_45_41 to trash

These are printed to the log file and to the console if running from the command line. Despite the warning, the specified run is indeed sent to the trash.

Remove duplicates from get_selected_runs() (Issue #135)

The get_selected_runs() method is modified to remove duplicates from the list returned. This prevents the spurious warnings of Issue #135, but also should make Update faster when date groups are selected, since runs were being updated twice.
