the output data still exists after refresh

This is mostly working, but plotter.js doesn't know about the reset button.

  1. load example data
  2. brush to select bounds
  3. click 'Start again'
  4. The left panel refreshes, but the viz stays in same state

Need it to be that when 'start again' is pressed, everything goes back to the initial state
@rajgaire could you have a look? This is on the reset branch

reset seems to be stable... did it on wrong branch... closes #14
