Now after a cmake installation creduce can find its modules and can actually run.

Can you separate this into two pull requests: one that updates the CMake support, and a second that deals with the documentation? (I didn't look, but I anticipate that these two areas of change are easily separated.) |

The documentation describes how to build with cmake and makes the formatting more github friendly. |
