data missing from nightly dump

Data for some trials is missing in the nightly SQL dump. An example trial is https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT02912559, which is active and recruiting, but the study (and related tables) are not in the dump.

This seems to happen for multiple trials.

We are aware of the issue and working on fixing it. The API at clinicaltrials.gov is not working in some cases. We are in touch with them and hoping to resolve it soon.

Can you please let us know when everything should be back to normal? I see the snapshots are back up to the expected size (1010MB), but I don't know if this means that everything is good. Thanks!
