Docker Prototype

To allow developers to develop more functionality locally, I will create a docker image that has the latest version of the neurocaas_contrib package installed, and test functionality of this package with existing workflow.

Important questions:
-Can we automatically create a dockerfile given an analysis environment?
-Can we create dockerfiles from inside python? Is this a good idea?

The neurocaas_contrib repository (develop branch, commit hash 2accdd8c8865669a11fb36ed8ffafb839447fa3c) now has a working prototype with a docker implementation. We still need to integrate this with AWS (choose a different image, add api to make aws instance remote host), but we can consider the prototype to be complete.
