  1. CMake: add CURL_ENABLE_EXPORT_TARGET option. 

    install(EXPORT ...) causes trouble when embedding curl dependencies which
don't provide install(EXPORT ...) targets (e.g libressl and nghttp2) with
cmake's add_subdirectory.
