CAPEC 3.2 not parsing completely #443

Although #414 mentioned the parsing of the latest capec xml; the current version of the script is not completely parsing the 3.2 xml. Only the id and name are parsed correctly into the database. The summary, related weaknesses, solutions (mitigations actually) and prerequisites are not being parsed.

I'll submit a PR with a fix for this issue
