Just leaving this here as a reminder/to-do.

1 - musicbrainz5 needs static: True to get additional libs
2 - port wmain/unicode check from waf to meson
3 - meson doesn't deduplicate pkg-config -L/-l options and doesn't accept pkg-config wrapper scripts
