Summon's temp file should be a subdir of my home directory #32

Because summon's temp file is under /var I can't mount it as a Docker volume under OSX with VirtualBox.

This is fixed in Summon v0.6.0 - https://github.com/conjurinc/summon/releases/tag/v0.6.0
