I fixed a bug in the htmldomapi.ts in snabbdom that caused SVG's to fail in IE11 when removing elements.
This has been fixed, and a new version has been published, please update @cycle/dom to snabbdom 6.1

Duplicate of issue #433.

We'll do the update in the context of Cycle Unified, because snabbdom v0.6.1 uses TypeScript v2.1 and we can't just update snabbdom alone without updating all our packages to TypeScript v2.1 too. We're doing that in Cycle Unified. TypeScript v2.1 is a breaking change and affects a lot of stuff.
