Add examples: cypress/base, cypress/browsers and GitHub Actions

This is an enhancement suggestion.

Suggestion

Create simple Cypress E2E projects in the existing examples directory:

• E2E project with Cypress dependency for use with cypress/base and cypress/browsers
• E2E project with no Cypress dependency for use with cypress/included

Create a workflow:

• GitHub Actions workflow which demonstrates use of cypress/base, cypress/browsers and cypress/included images

• Document the examples in the appropriate README files.

Why is this needed

Gaps in example coverage make it more difficult to learn how to use the Cypress Docker images effectively.

The repo is missing examples for

• cypress/base
• cypress/browsers

Examples in

• README cypress/included are missing an example project to run against.

The linked GitHub Actions example mentioned in README > cypress/included > GitHub Action which is linked to https://github.com/cypress-io/github-action#docker-image covers only the use of cypress/browsers and does not demonstrate:
