It looks like they're running to me now. It's possible you ran afoul of some of the permissions issue yesterday; there was a couple of hours where all our github/circleci permissions were screwy. Fixed now though, and things seem to be working. |

#19067 Made it easy to run cypress in dev mode (yarn start) on a m1 computer. Due to the upgrade of electron-packager, it appears all processes related to cypress including Cypress.app and node run on "Apple" rather than "Intel" according to the osx activity manager.
The above change was introduced for the unreleased cypress 10.x , so this PR simply backports that change to cypress 9.x to allow the currently released version of cypress to run natively on M1 computers.
