Additional details
I noticed a link in our UI Coverage beta of the Cloud that was showing a link untested that visited 'docs.cypress.io'. This PR updates all usecases seen in our App and codebase (like types).
We use on.cypress.io links since the releases of the App remain supported in the future when the links could have changed (if we change how our docs generate for example). This gives us an opportunity to reroute those links through our on service if the links break, for example.
