Increase descender of ц and щ letters (Bulgarian Cyrillic set only)

Hello,

Is it possible to increase descender of small letters ц and щ in Bulgarian Cyrillic set only, as in the picture bellow (marked with red rectangles)?
Now descender in Lora font is such as the glyphs in standard Cyrillic set, but in Bulgarian set these letters are similar to letters и and ш (marked with green rectangles on the picture). Increasing descender would add more difference between these letters and will improve reading.

Generally I have seen Bulgarian ц with same-length descenders as in Standard. I haven't seen longer descenders in BGR forms. However there is a Historic Cyrillic shape Cyrillic Long Legged De uni1C81 (4th from left):

I am not sure I would elongate the BGR descenders, because in Italic they share the same glyphs, and will be out of place.

Do you have any more samples of this design idea?

I mean normal style only, italic style looks OK for me.

Thank you for the samples. I see that the Bulgarian ц has longer descenders. This looks like a new trend for Bulgarian Cyrillic. Haven't seen this before. I think this applies only to serif fonts.
