The easiest way would be to add a package.json to this repo and we could at least use the git url as dependency

npm install --save git+http://github.com/d-oliveros/ngSmoothScroll.git#v2.0.0

This project seems to be dead! There are lots of un-merged pull requests and the last commit was 9 months ago! 😩

@josketres hmm, I might just fork it and publish it under the Meanie namespace then... I can take out all the old browser support and clean up the code a bit and see what outstanding PR's there are.
