- Only allow "enable" to be clicked if Shizuku is installed
- Only show the link status if Shizuku is installed and enabled
- Don't disable the radio buttons when a permission is pending
- Don't try to access Shizuku service or binder if Shizuku is not installed or enabled
- Don't reset enabled state if Shizuku access is lost externally
