The instructions in the ReadME file are not updated and do not contain all the necessary steps to start contributing.
Can I get this issue assigned so that the ReadME File can be made interactive and illustrious?

Do update the file, however the hacktoberfest accepted label will be assigned when the last update gets merged (only for the README file).
Edit: I realised the issue can be closed later, I'll update you accordingly!
