Just made the syntax highlighting work. I also noticed that "::" is concealed to a wrong character in conceal.vim (0x2982 instead of 0x2237), you might want to fix that.

The conceal for the type signature syntax was intentional, it's a "type colon". I'd argue UnicodeSyntax is wrong, but maybe vim2hs should use the same chars as that extension ... However the type colon works better in more fonts in GVim. The "proportion" double colon gets cut off in all fonts I've tried.
