Automatic donation (optional) to no-profit projects #27

Introduce a new feature which allows delegates to donate a percentage to a no-profit project hosted on Helperbit.com; this will be totally automatic:

The user edit its config.json, and add the percentage to donate (optional)
The software will automatically choose a no-profit project hosted on helperbit.com
The payments will send the lisk to an authless exchange (like flypme, changelly or shapeshift); the lisk will be transformed to btc and sent directly to the no-profit multisignature wallet.

We need to wait in order to have an authless exchange with Lisk support.
