This is Lefkogeia's first working release

The simplest way to run it is:

1. Download the standalone package for Win64 (Lefkogeia_1.0_standalone_win64_withprerequisitesanddotnetcore.zip) which does not require anything to be preinstalled
2. Edit the appsettings.json file to add/modify target URLs according to your need.
3. Run startserver.cmd

You can also run it in MacOS or Linux, thought I haven't tested that yet. In this case get the "with prerequisites" zip (Lefkogeia_1.0_withprerequisites.zip). You need to have dot net core installed.
