Q: Can not add queue for monitoring, "You don't have read access to queue"
This is usually the case when other user creates the Queues, you need to add your user to the Authorized Users list with "read permissions".
Open the "Computer Management", select "Services and Application" > "Message Queuing" > "Private" and select your Queue, right click, select Properties, and in the Securit Tab, add your User and set "Allow" on "Full Control"
