Summary
Allow opt-in for use of stop-opacity by using new
primaryOpacityandsecondaryOpacityproperties. These are intended to replace the usage ofrgbavalues for theprimaryColorandsecondaryColorproperties because of a bug in SafariRelated Issue #93
