This repo contains the accompanying code for the preprint "Distinct patterns of cortical manifold expansion and contraction underlie human sensorimotor adaptation", which explores changes in cortical functional architecture during sensorimotor adaptation using functional connecitivity manifolds.
Run the following to download and set up the project's python dependencies:

cd adaptation-manifolds/
conda env create -f environment.yml
conda activate adaptman
pip install -e .
