This repository contains the code for data cleaning and analysis in R for the paper "Evaluation of satellite-based air temperature estimates at eight diverse sites in Africa".

The scripts refer to data in a data/ folder which is not included in this repository as it is not all publicly available. Data may be provided upon request and with permission of the respective data owners.
