A webextension chat client in order to send messages to people using the Diskuss API. More informations in the wiki section.
Note: this webextension has been optimized to work with Mozilla Firefox. I do not guarantee diskussING to work with other browsers.

First of all, install and run the Diskuss chat server.

Then clone or download the diskussING source code (zip) here.

Open Firefox and type in the URL bar: about:debugging.

Click on the button "load temporary module" and locate the diskussING's manifest.json file.

Make sure to have check the "enable modules debugging" and click "debug".

In the debugging window, click the
button. This step is important, it helps to keep the ui's state active (diskussING does not yet have a system to save the ui's state).
