  1. Fixed CharacteristicLongWriteOperation repetition logic 

    It was susceptible to a race condition due to a repetition observable using `.takeUntil()` which emits a value before checking the complete condition. This could lead to an excess characteristic write being executed was not secured on a connection queue.
