Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Need to either rely on distrib to update package or have to build it ourself for ARM arch.
It will also help other project like https://github.com/photoprism/photoprism to always have the latest stable version of darktable in their docker image.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have the OpenSuse repo provide ARM packages for Debian & Ubuntu

Alternatives
Have to build the package each time there is a new version.

Additional context
photoprism/photoprism#1632

Opensuse packages are not maintained directly by darktable team. I suggest you to post this in pixl.us where maintainers goes sometimes. Thanks.
