dartdoc needs to be able to write the contents of the bootstrap.css file (or whatever css file it uses) to the output directory of the tool. How does that work if we switch to a package ref for bootstrap, instead of in-lining the resource in a source file? |

It writes the css file out from the bootstrap package, along with the generated html files. |
