[danrubel - build 6161]

When Editor launches Dartium, it would be nice if stack traces that occurred in Dartium were sent back to editor so that (a) you could see them in the console and not have to scratch your head and then remember to open the Dartium console and (b) you could click on an entry in the stack trace and jump right to the problem area in the source.

We do this if you launch Dartium with debugging enabled. It's not possible to get this information w/o setting up a debug connection. We do want to move to an always debugging model but it's still a bit early to do that. Perhaps we move to have the non-debug launches set up a partial debug connection anyway?
