Some targets are really just what we may call "abstract targets", analagous to a Java abstract class, which are really just intended to be inherited. It might be nice to flag these as such so they don't show up in the tab-completion or target lists as buildable.

I decided to call these "abstract" targets, to have an opt-in config setting, rather than opt-out; specify with:

abstract: true
