Describe the bug
Wiki needs a basic introduction to Datacommons.

Expected behavior
Should contain basic information and current news about DataCommons

Additional context
It can also have a page regarding GSoD 2020 and project lists.

@shifucun @antaresc @pradh @rvguha I don't have any medium through which I can contact or connect with this group. I am really interested to work here and to create proper documentation and how-to guides for this org. I mailed @rvguha also but didn't get any reply.
Is there any way of contact, so that I can share and ask for advice & ideas?
Also, I would like to demonstrate my work by starting ASAP. Can I work on documenting the WIKI page of this organization?

Any updates on this? I would like to contribute to the project but the lack of an active channel for discourse is preventing any sort of further communications.
