Saw a bunch of unrelated PRs stalling during setup with all macOS builds on appveyor.
We are apparently running on rather old "Catalina" and get a bunch of warnings about outdated stuff and expected failures to build.
This is happening in all extensions, too.
datalad/datalad-extension-template#50 suggests, the update solves it.
