As referenced in #27, this will auto-reply to PRs, issues, and issue comments with 1) a TTS audio file of the text and 2) an image version of it in OpenDyslexic font.
A sample of the output is here.
I do have a slight concern about it being too noisy in longer issue threads, but am not sure that outweighs the potential benefits it brings.
