Feature Request Type

  • Core functionality
  • Add-on hardware support (eg. audio, RGB, OLED screen, etc.)
  • Alteration (enhancement/optimization) of existing feature(s)
  • New behavior

Description

Merging in more or all of @dustypomerleau's mod-taps would help with one-handedness in #3 and moving CTRL away from the thumb would probably lessen high-severity typos.

 - start to use @dustypomerleau's mod-taps in the home row for #4 (not yet persistent through the layers, and lots of extras still present)
 - Lower --> Number
 - Raise --> Symbol
 - Added @dustypomerleau's System layer
 - 0 layer-tap on the number layer for #10

While the mod-taps aren't persistent yet among the layers, we can't really finish that work until #5, #6, #7, and #8 get sorted out. Closing, for now, to either reopen, open a new issue, complete the work in those issues, or postpone that depth of the mod-taps.
