As SCITAS (HPC team) removed openmpi and quite a few site packages, the process to get stuff compiled is a bit more involved.

During this year's maintenence we lost both @wlandry's installation of SDPB and OpenMPI support, not to mention quite a bit of handy software modules.
The following document describes what we did to finally build it.
