Kuro Theming

In versions prior to Kuro 9, Kuro only had 4 hardcoded themes When I initially started working on Kuro, I just wanted a window with MS To-Do in my Linux machine with dark mode. For more than 1 year, I've fixed the existing themes that were ported over from Ao, switched to a token based approach in Kuro 8.1.0, added the Dracula theme and still worked on maintaining Kuro up-to-date with any changes on the web version of Microsoft To-Do.

In the meantime, Microsoft did launch the dark mode for the web version, and I don't see a reason anymore to enforce Kuro's opinionated themes. Here's how Kuro works currently:

Dark Mode

Enabling the Dark Mode (Ctrl+B) will switch between your Microsoft ToDo "night mode settings". Toggling Dark Mode will also toggle off custom theme mode.

Custom Theme Mode

As of Kuro 9, you can use your own color palette with Kuro. By enabling the Custom Theme mode (Ctrl+S) will enable the theme you have defined in your settings.json (Ctrl+,)
