Currently some elements start visible while others load once the axios data downloads are complete. Change all elements to be invisible by default and make them all visible once loading is completed.

Improve visual appearance of explorer on load

- Hide explorer until all files have been loaded
- Wait an additional 100ms to give the JS time to run
- Disable question tee animation on start
