ClinVar ontology is an OWL ontology which is developed for converting the allele based version of ClinVar XML into the RDF. It is designed based on the XMD file which is available at ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/clinvar/xml/clinvar_variation/beta/variation_archive.xsd.
