VMWareTasks.proj's vixcom target needs to be updated to use Visual Studio 2005's tlbimp.exe.

Otherwise, I get errors trying to compile VMWareTasks.sln similar to the following:

The type or namespace name 'Interop' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

The following warning is also related to the issue:

Resolved file has a bad image, no metadata, or is otherwise inaccessible. Could not load file or assembly 'C:\github\vmwaretasks\Source\Interop.VixCOM\Interop.VixCOM.dll' or one of its dependencies. This assembly is built by a runtime newer than the currently loaded runtime and cannot be loaded.
