• I am a maintainer of dbt-core

Short description

We just released DSI 0.3.0. We've already done most of the work to support this: labels, null value coalescing, saved query nodes, and etc. I believe the only change we'll have to further make to support DSI 0.3.0 is upgrading where filters on metrics and queries to use a `WhereFilterIntersection".

Acceptance criteria

• dbt-core is using DSI 0.3.0 or greater
• Migrate to WhereFilterIntersections for saved queries and metrics

Impact to Other Teams

I believe this will affect artifacts and semantic layer
