To migrate dependencies to Go 1.6 vendoring, I followed godep's instructions at https://github.com/tools/godep#migrating-to-vendor.
Please note that I switched to the version of github.com/ddollar/dist just before the tip, to avoid the import path rewriting introduced in the last commit.
