utils-gtsummary_core.R - Refer to all non-base functions with pkg::foo()

This file is meant to be copied into other packages that make gtsummary-like objects. But we currently use imported functions and don't refer to them with the package name prefix. When the file is copied into another package, they will get errors if they don't import the same functions.
